Where is the laundry room?
Apartment 55. It is open 24 hours a day and under video surveillance for safety.
Do I need a parking permit?
Yes. They can be purchased at our office. You will need to fill out a form and provide a copy of your registration. Permits are valid for one year.
How do I submit a maintenance request?
How do I access my mailbox?
The mailboxes are owned by the U. S. Postal Service. We give you a copy of the key if it was given to us by the previous resident. If you do not have a key, or if the lock is broken, you must contact the Post Office for a replacement.
Do you provide free WiFi?
Yes, all apartments can access the free WiFi. The password is provided to you at move in.
What if I want my own WiFi?
What about gas and electric service?
You must contact PSE&G to set up service. Their phone number is 1-800-436-7734. All apartments are individually metered and PSE&G will bill you directly.
