Here are some frequently asked questions that new residents have.

Where is the laundry room?
Apartment 55. It is open 24 hours a day and under video surveillance for safety.
Do I need a parking permit?
Yes. They can be purchased at our office. You will need to fill out a form and provide a copy of your registration. Permits are valid for one year.
How do I submit a maintenance request?
During regular office hours please call our office number, 732-828-5607. If the office is closed, and it is an emergency, the answering service can be reached at 1-866-365-2778. You may also submit non-emergency maintenance requests via email at [email protected].
How do I access my mailbox?
Residents are provided with a key to their postal box upon move in.
Do you provide free WiFi?
Yes, all apartments can access the free WiFi. The password is provided to you at move in.
What if I want my own WiFi?
The property is already wired for both Verizon Fios and Optimum/Altice. You can choose the provider and make arrangements with them directly.
What about gas and electric service?
You must contact PSE&G to set up service. Their phone number is 1-800-436-7734. All apartments are individually metered and PSE&G will bill you directly.
